Sensors detect lamps vibrations such as a tap or movement and activates the light. When it is turn on, the lamp emits white warm light for a minute. Tapping the silicone surface changes the color of the light. The lamp will automatically turn off after one minute of inactivity.

The IP67 waterproof rating allows the lamps to be submerged in water up to a depth of 1 meter, but not for longer than half an hour, provided the bottom cover is properly closed.

The skin of each lamp is made of soft silicone, which means that when it squeezed, the lamp changes shape and then returns to its original shape after a few moments. The lamp uses a CR 2032 battery and it is for about 15 hours or roughly 900 full lighting cycles. When the battery runs out, it can be replaced by unscrewing the bottom of the lamp and replacing the battery.
